APH - Spain the Explorer pg.10

The boots costume is giving Romano monkey powers.

So lately I've been getting feedbacks like "Why does Spain look older?". Well, Spain is supposed to look old. I only drew Spain in the first few pages in chibi form because I simply was incapable of drawing him the normal way. Now I can so why not?
